The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and smooth, efficient running of the business, while managing a small team of motivated and engaged employees. Previous retail experience and a can-do, hardworking attitude are essential.

  5. Interviewing potential new staff members and discussing assessment with upper management.

  6. Planning and preparation of store staffing requirements and creation of weekly rosters.

  1. Training new staff members to be fully proficient in all required workflows, processes and systems for day-to-day store operations.

  2. Intake and resolution of any staff grievances and discussion with upper management concerning any potential issues.

  3. Periodic sales inventory stocktaking.

  4. Continual assessment of shop and warehouse stock to ensure publicly visible pricing is correctly displayed.

  5. Enforcement of safety and security procedures within the store to ensure a safe work environment for staff and customers.
