  • Bob offers free Express Shipping Australia-wide for orders over $159. Some sales or promotions may alter or remove our free Shipping offer.
    • For orders less than $159, we charge a flat fee of $15 for the same Express service, no matter where you are in Australia.
      • We ship exclusively with Startrack, Australia’s premier express delivery service.
        • Startrack offers a 2 business day delivery time-frame Australia-wide. If you live in a remote area it may take a little longer.
          • Our orders are shipped from any of our 3 locations in WA.
            • We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
              • Please allow up to an additional 2 business days for us to process your order, especially during busy periods.
                • As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your shipment’s progress.
                  • Unfortunately, Bob is not able to offer shipping to PO Boxes or Post Offices and does require your physical, street address in order to ship with Startrack.
                    • Startrack needs someone to be present for delivery - or a safe location to leave your package. If you are concerned about security, you may want to have your shoes delivered to your workplace, your neighbor or your Mother-in-law.
